Our strengths lie in the people we employ. We have expert scientists bringing a wealth of experience to the team. At present, 95 percent of Charnwood Molecular research personnel have extensive postdoctoral experience in synthetic organic chemistry.

We have particular research strengths and experience in heterocyclic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, asymmetric synthesis and catalysis. Industrial medicinal chemistry experience includes the following therapeutic areas: obesity, cardiovascular disease, oncology and immunology.
