Lee joined Charnwood Molecular as CEO in July 2022, following a number of successful C-level leadership and management roles in the CRO sector.
Prior to joining Charnwood Molecular, Lee held senior executive leadership roles at Quanticate, Concept Life Sciences and Covance. After 33 years in Pharma R&D, 27 of which have been in the CRO sector, Lee is focused on building on Charnwood Molecular's foundation of scientific excellence and customer focus to realise the exponential growth potential of the company.
Qualifications.
A Biomedical Science (Cellular Pathology) degree from Northumbria University was followed by a Masters from the University of Sheffield in Pathological Science (Cellular Pathology). Lee subsequently went on to study for an MBA, Business Administration, again with Northumbria University.
Lee is also a certified Six Sigma black belt.
